Wzór:

1. Nick w grze
2. Steam ID (nazwa użytkownika, nie profilu)
3. Wiek
4. Czy posiadasz mikrofon (nie jest wymagany ale chcemy wiedzieć)?
5. Opowiedz nam coś o sobie.
6. Gdzie dowiedziałeś się o pułku?
